How to Fix the Pump on Your EOS Vanilla Cashmere Lotion

Here’s how to fix your EOS Vanilla Cashmere pump:

1. Unscrew the Lid
   Twist the pump top counterclockwise and remove it completely from the bottle.
2. Squeeze the Air Out
   Flip the bottle over and look for the oval-shaped indent on the bottom. Gently press on this indent to squeeze some of the air out of the bottle.
3. Slowly Re-Tighten the Lid
   While still applying gentle pressure to the bottom, slowly screw the lid back on. This helps create a vacuum seal and primes the pump for action.

That’s it! After doing this, your pump should start working as normal. You might need to give it a few pumps at first, but you’ll soon be enjoying that silky vanilla goodness in no time.
