The way our business model works, we do not always keep everything in stock, orders are bulked together to keep costs down for you guys. Please contact us before ordering if you are in a major rush for something! 

Processing times can vary from 1-2 days to over 8 weeks for certain brands which may be special order or have heavy delays. Please be sure to message us prior to ordering should you require more accurate lead times on the specific product you're ordering. 

UK Delivery Costs:

Orders under £50: £3.99

Orders over £50: FREE Delivery!

Europe Delivery Costs: 

Flat Rate: £11.99

International Delivery Costs: 

Flat Rate: £21.99

 

Duties & Taxes on EU and International Orders:

If your shipping address is outside the UK, the 20% UK VAT will be automatically removed at checkout. This means you’ll pay less than a UK customer, as you’re not charged UK tax.

Instead, your local customs authority may charge import duties, VAT, or other taxes when your order arrives in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on your location and the value of your order.
