Very poor customer service. Product arrived almost in a month’s time. No update of delivery status in the mean time at all. I then want to a refund but no one is replying my emails. Very horrible experience. Would definitely NOT recommend.
I havent got my order. I ordered it 2/12/2025. I sent the email and havent reply. I would like to have my money back.
It’ll be over two I did my order and didn’t receive it yet I sent an email no answer nothing and there’s not even a tracking number nada
As previous reviewer mentioned, I have waited over two weeks since delivery, no tracking updates and ko response to my email to support (not even an automated reply). Smells like a scam to me. Will pursue refund via my credit card company and report suspicions to them.
Please kindly let me know why I haven’t received my order till now. No contact to call nothing…… I’m beginning to feel this is scam site.
